Ghana is one of the most underappreciated coffee origins in the world. Our beans deliver a clean, complex cup that stands out on any menu.
Washed vs. Natural
Washed Process
The fruit is removed from the bean before drying. This results in a cleaner, brighter cup with pronounced acidity and clear flavour notes. Ideal for filter coffee or a bright espresso.
Natural Process
The bean is dried with the fruit still attached. This imparts a heavier body, intense sweetness, and complex fruity notes. Excellent for milk-based espresso drinks.
