Cocoa and coffee are sourced from verified cooperatives and processed in licensed facilities.

Quality Control & Testing

Before export, every lot is tested by an accredited laboratory for physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters.

Documentation: Certificate of Analysis (COA) per lot, Testing Laboratory Name, Date of Test.

Export & Sea Freight

Products are loaded into food-grade, temperature-monitored containers at Tema Port and sealed for the journey to Australia.

Documentation: Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificate, Container Seal Number.

Upon arrival, goods are inspected, logged into our inventory system by lot code, and stored in our climate-controlled warehouse.
